Quick to take payment but disappointing in sending the items you ordered and paid for. No communication from the company despite sending six messages without a reply. I would recommend shopping elsewhere as their service is unacceptable.
I’m really happy with my head light that I've been using for a few weeks. It’s perfect for walking the dog during dark nights. It performs exactly as described, providing a wide bright beam with a hands-free on/off feature. A fantastic product at a great price and excellent service! I would highly recommend it.
AVOID this company. I purchased a small bundle and have waited two weeks with no delivery. Customer service is unhelpful. The tracking number provided has had no updates in two weeks. The company keeps stating I can request a refund by returning the item (which I do not have). They've only offered me a 20% discount on my next order. They are dishonest.
I ordered over £50 worth of products on 15 November and am still waiting, despite the promised delivery window of 7-9 days. I've received multiple emails stating my items were 'on their way,' but tracking shows 'We're expecting it' since 18 November, meaning it hasn’t even reached their facility. I've emailed several times and received polite but vague responses about handling many orders. No reply to my last two inquiries, and I can't find any trace of the company mentioned on your website. I understand it's a busy season, but if you can’t manage the orders, perhaps you shouldn’t keep promoting your products so heavily. Your customer service claims seem to be failing. I'm starting to think this might be a scam. I hope to be proven wrong.
My partner ordered two headband lights. Honestly, I was hesitant to replace my current light as it's so reliable. Delivery was prompt and on time. I tried it out and was instantly impressed. It illuminates a much larger area compared to my old spotlight. No more constantly turning my head. It also casts less shadow due to the light being spread out. The lack of batteries is a huge plus - just a simple recharge. I'm genuinely impressed and have retired my old one. I now have one at home and one in the car for emergencies.
