Outstanding performance. After owning both Sony headphones and Apple ear buds, I have to admit that these headphones are superior in many ways. The sound quality is unbelievable for a headphone at this price, that mixed with excellent Noise Reduction, great battery life and great quality phone calls make these headphones something that you would be crazy to overlook.
The remote worked until it didn’t.
My first remote that came with the receiver worked for a few years, then stopped working. This new one worked for less than 3 months.
Disappointed to say the least.
Using a specific delivery service in Europe has been frustrating. Products haven't arrived yet, despite receiving a notification that they were supposed to be delivered today. Waiting over 6 days for an EU delivery is not what we expect these days.
Excellent audio quality - as a customer, I hope you can enhance the ANC and make the headphones smaller/slimmer for a sleeker fit in my backpack. Please keep the materials unchanged, as I prefer these headphones over others. If you maintain the business model with replaceable batteries, I will remain a loyal customer. I dislike electronic waste and appreciate long-lasting products.
