Terrible product. Product was advertised as a 3d pillow and was definitely not. It's terrible quality and took about a month to even deliver simply a waste of money, if I could ship it back and get my money back I'd do it in a heartbeat.

When will Facebook and Shopify start to take responsibility for these Chinese front companies that promote these items which appear one way, but are total, 100% scams upon arrival? Like shell companies, they keep clone social media accounts to look legitimate, but aren't. How does FB, IG, and Shopify keep missing the bite on these, as honestly, they look like clones of the last one who was grifting off of American buyers until they got caught too many times and had to default, go on the run! Their IG account is a bunch of nonsensical cartoon images unrelated to their business, more FB pages than I can count, as they keep the consumer confused and at a distance on purpose. I purchased the "3-D" coffee mug called "The Horror Mug," which is a cool rip-off of Stranger Things. The mug is sold as having a dozen, 2-D objects or symbols recognizable to the fan of the show, which are embossed onto the surface of the mug. However, when receiving this $35.00 15oz mug, its simply printed flat and is like any mug you can pick up for $5 to $15.00 in a store or online. A complete and total deceptive practices business! When you call them, you get a busy signal, line drops. I can only hope they're busy taking calls from pissed-off customers, but I have seen this smoke & mirrors routine more than once! Tragically, this company probably really operates as a personal info theft operation to nab your details while putting you into an average buyer and dissatisfied customer scenario. One client on FB noted that after refunding them, weeks later, they sneakily re-charged their CC! You've been warned!

Extremely delayed with no shipping updates.

The process took an eternity, and I received no information regarding shipping or production. The item appears inexpensive and is nothing like what was depicted in the advertisement. I anticipated a 3D-style ornament, but instead received a printed version with a plastic overlay. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Avoid this company at all costs. The images do not match what you actually receive, and the customer support is ineffective. I ordered a tree topper themed around a popular franchise, and I was shocked to find it was flat. The website’s picture gave no indication of this, nor was it mentioned in the description. Furthermore, I thought I was getting a metal ornament from a well-known brand, but once again, it turned out to be plastic. And yes, once more... the customer service has been completely unresponsive.

Frustrating Experience with Delayed Order

I placed my order for an ornament on November 23rd, and as of January 10th, it still hasn't arrived. After waiting for weeks, I noticed that the tracking indicated my order had been stuck in Indianapolis for over a week before it was redirected to another location. I contacted customer support to express my concerns, as this ornament was intended as a Christmas gift, and Christmas was just a week away. Their response was to be patient, stating that processing would take 3-5 business days, followed by 10-20 days for shipping, which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. I found their customer service to be unhelpful, and they refused to issue a refund, only offering to send a replacement that I no longer wanted since Christmas had already passed. After several frustrating exchanges, they finally agreed to provide a refund once the replacement is delivered, which still hasn't happened, and they want to impose a 20% restocking fee. This has been a disappointing experience, and I won't be using this service again.

Extremely delayed delivery and misleading tracking

The item took an excessively long time to arrive. The tracking information indicated it was delivered, which turned out to be false. The ornament that eventually arrived over a month after placing the order looked nothing like what was advertised and came after the holiday.

Disappointed with the Quality

The image represented my expectations, but I was let down by the cheap appearance of the pillow. It definitely isn't worth the $40 I paid. If it had been as plush as shown in the picture, I would have loved it. I'm quite dissatisfied with the product; the advertisement was misleading. Thank you.

Great product, but the wait was a bit long

I would easily give this a 5-star rating if it weren't for the almost month-long wait to receive it. However, it did arrive before Christmas, and I truly love it. It matches the description perfectly.

Disappointing arrival compared to online image

The online image of the product appeared stunning and colorful. However, what arrived was a flat ornament that resembled a childhood Shrinky Dink, cloudy and difficult to see. I was thrilled initially but didn't expect to receive just a flat piece of plastic. I'm very disappointed given the price and overall look. I won't be ordering again.
