Prior to purchasing we discovered issues, it was agreed that they would contribute to the costs of rectifying said issue, with that agreement we were happy to purchase. Since then we've been in touch several times and met with "I'll check with the manager" "passing it to the customer service team, we'll be in touch"....now they're outright ignoring us. This has been since September 2024 to now (March 2025).We've been to the ombudsman but they cannot support as this company is not registered with them.However we have received legal advice instead, thankfully. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
