Unauthorized Charge on My Card

I have never accessed this website, yet I was charged 49 GBP on my card yesterday. Someone used my card information without my consent to subscribe to this fraudulent service. I will be filing a claim with my bank.

Disappointing experience with a mobile top-up

I purchased a mobile top-up for £9.80 for a friend. Although the payment was processed, the credit was never added to the phone. I waited, hoping it would eventually be resolved — but it wasn’t. After about six weeks, I found out that I had been enrolled as a 'member' and charged £49 — a commitment I never agreed to. I cannot recommend this service.

Unauthorized subscription service targeting vulnerable individuals

The service initiated a subscription without my consent, specifically targeting a 75.5-year-old pensioner, leading to financial exploitation. When I discovered they were withdrawing money from my account, I reached out to them. They initially promised to refund the illegally taken funds but only returned 59% of one month's so-called subscription fee. This is clearly deceptive behavior, and such sales tactics should be prohibited. Shame on you for taking advantage of people.
