Customer service is great. As for the long shipping times- it is VERY CLEARLY STATED that if shipping internationally it takes much longer, and that is out of their control. US Customs specifically are very strict and slow. I'm in no rush to receive the candy- but I am super excited to try it :D they most certainly do respond to emails, and I was given some pretty great recommendations as well! It's a small family business so it just takes a bit to get through the mass of emails they get- even then I got a response within a day, and the second time within a week. They're very on top of it and friendly. Anyways, can't wait to try! :)
I have made three purchases from a seller. I had just one non-urgent inquiry about whether my order might arrive by Christmas, as I am in the US, and received a response within 24 hours. The representative was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly. It was delightful to get a reply from a real person who could directly and swiftly address my question! I'm very pleased! Don't assume, as I did, that a mystery mix means a bag of randomly chosen sweets. What you actually receive is a pre-mixed bag. So, your mystery mix could be anything from a specific flavor, like mine, which was the least appealing option. I wouldn't mind if it was decent quality, but it isn't. It's the cheap variety found in candy mixes. Since returns aren't allowed, I'll have to gift this mix away. The website should clearly explain what the mystery mix entails, but it doesn't. I feel misled and am quite unhappy. This will be my last order with the seller.

Great customer service! A representative was very helpful regarding the best-by date for one of the products I ordered, even offering a refund or voucher for the mix-up. They consistently provide the best candy and the friendliest service!
It was our first time ordering. I appreciate that they had a milk-free option for candy and set up the platter perfectly for my 16-year-old. The other platter and bowl of chocolates were also great, which we placed in cold storage. The mystery boxes were fantastic, filled with items we rarely see in the US!
I haven't had the chance to place an order yet, but I plan to. I absolutely love the videos and the variety of candy options! I'm eager to order soon! The assistance I received for my inquiry was answered quickly, which is fantastic. Keep up the great work!
