Very confortable 2 in 1 shorts. Still, a bit heavy and had some fabric defects… I opened the parcel and had some dark lines in the inside tight short, like it’s dirty. Washed them and still there… a brand new shorts with stains.

I placed an order on January 16. The parcel appears to have been shipped but then stopped in Madrid, where it has remained ever since, with no tracking updates.I tried to contact the company via chat on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, without receiving any response. On Wednesday I also sent an email to their support address. On Thursday, I finally received chat replies — in Spanish, despite the fact that I had written in English — with unclear and irrelevant messages referring to “Black” returns and stating that they are unable to keep up with chat requests due to high demand.A few points need to be made: 1. If a company cannot manage its live chat, it should be disabled. 2. If a customer support email address is provided, a minimum response time should be guaranteed. Not receiving any reply within 24 hours is unacceptable.The issue is not the shipping time — I am perfectly willing to wait even a month. The real problem is the consistently absent customer service, and when it does respond, it is superficial, confusing, and rushed. Had I not purchased from this company before, I would have genuinely suspected a scam.For this reason, I will never purchase again from a company that clearly does not understand the value of proper customer support.
The clothes were great, but on trying to arrange a return from uk did not get support to do this, emails remain unanswered for days. I had to send back without following returns procedure and just hope I get a refund. Wouldn’t order again.
I received a Born Living Yoga set as a Christmas gift. I usually wear size S on top and M on the bottom in all brands, which is what was purchased for me, but unfortunately it didn’t fit.I contacted the brand to request a size exchange, not a refund, but they refused because the 30-day return period had passed, even though it was only a few days over and during the Christmas season most stores extend their return policy.The lack of flexibility, poor after-sales service, and inaccurate sizing were very disappointing. I won’t recommend the brand or purchase from them again.
I placed an order on November 29, and as of today, December 12, it has still not arrived. I contacted customer support and was told that they would “open a ticket,” but since then I haven’t received any further response. There is not even a tracking number available. This is particularly disappointing because I had previously tried your yoga sets through other retailers and had a positive experience. I sincerely hope that this order will arrive soon, or at least that customer support will provide me with an update.
