I purchased vouchers for my team as a holiday gift, but discovered a month later that at least half of the team (about 7 members) never received the email with their voucher. If I hadn't followed up with my team via my own email, I wouldn't have known they didn't get it. I think this concept is fantastic, especially since I have team members in various countries. Despite the issues, the customer service has been very good, responding quickly to the error and working to resolve it.
The booking process was incredibly simple. I panicked for a moment when I didn’t receive a confirmation email right away, but within minutes of submitting a support request, I got an email from the customer service team with a response and my booking confirmation.
I received a gift through the platform. Booking was fairly easy, but I encountered an issue when I tried to use my voucher and had to pay extra. I'm not sure why; perhaps it was seasonal. This wasn’t clear until I went to finalize the booking.
