I started using this website two years ago after some friends gave me a thoughtful goodbye gift. Since then, I’ve used it three times, and each experience has been wonderful. The website itself is beautifully designed, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I’m looking for.The variety of offers is amazing, and every experience is clearly explained and illustrated with engaging visuals. This attention to detail makes planning so much easier and gets me even more excited about my choices.A big thank you to the Support team for always being there! They answer questions incredibly fast and are very friendly and attentive. My last interaction with them was a perfect example – they truly cared about my needs and helped me quickly resolve an issue. Even though I once encountered an error during booking, their responsiveness and professionalism gave me confidence to continue trusting their service.I look forward to using this platform again in the future! Had an issue with booking an experience through the website however after sending an email to the customer service team, they responded super quickly and were extremely helpful in carrying out the booking for us. A change in the tour operators itinerary was picked up on and highlighted to us. Had this not been done it would of severely impacted our travel plans. I do feel the website is a bit below par. Several times I have added tours to a favorites list and then went to access that list at a later date and nothing saved. Also it seems the issue with some tours itineraries being different is a reoccurring problem. We booked a tour in Croatia which in informed we had entry tickets to a national park included however then made to pay the operator an additional €50 as he said none of their tours include entry costs which he showed clearly stated on Viator and on Get your guide. However, all in all, a great platform with some seriously good people working their to help out when there's an issue. Hence the 5 stars.
I purchased a gift voucher for a friend who planned to go travelling. This voucher ticked all the boxes for experiences they could use. Voucher was easy to buy and even schedule the voucher to be delivered at a specific time and date.
The process of redeeming a gift card and processing the purchase was very easy. I have received a confirmation via email right away.Since the experience has not taken place yet, I can’t share my feedback about that.However, I am really looking forward to it.
