I won't use again because of this. Will probably stick to premade puzzles for my husband and his mom.

Violation of UK law, based in Hong Kong

An update: This company based in Hong Kong has refused to refund me. I placed my order over a month ago and was misled about the shipping. The item I purchased is no longer needed, yet they still won't process a refund. They are violating UK regulations and should be shut down immediately. I ordered an embroidered cap and have since ordered a replacement from a UK-based company that was cheaper and delivered promptly. I do not recommend this service and will take steps to report them in the UK. Thankfully, I used a secure payment method.

FAILURE TO DELIVER AS ADVERTISED

This company canceled my order without proper explanation, stating the item wouldn't be available until 2025. If you're looking for a custom gift, I advise against ordering from them. Extremely poor customer service

The customer service was absolutely terrible! I ordered a custom banner for my child's 18th birthday and paid for expedited shipping, but they couldn't deliver it on the promised day. They refused to overnight it. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable! I recommend avoiding this service for any important events.
