Purchased two vip tickets for a gig & could not attend on that evening, I've been dealing with Amy at gigantic, as the refund process website was/is a mine field she delt with my issue very professionally well definitely use again.
I contacted Gigantic tickets after I purchased tickets from them but didn’t have any confirmation. Gemma was most helpful and responded quickly and resolved the issue (my fault a typo error 🙄)
Speedy and helpful response over ticket payments. Accurate information given and Gemma who dealt with my query was both efficient and pleasant. A treat not to be bumped around by a chat bot!
Ticket purchase was straightforward and email confirmation came through promptly. However, I couldn't see any details of where I was purchasing a ticket for. It just said 'General Admission Tier 1'. I assumed that at some stage I would get to select a seat. Subsequently I queried on Copilot and it suggests that it may be a standing ticket, but I still don't know. If it was on the web page, it certainly wasn't clear. Hence only three stars.
I recently brought 4x ticket i was very eager to get them before they sold out only to realise that i brough the wrong ones I email the customwr services and i explain whatvi had just done Amy was got back to very quickly and explained to me clearly what I had to do i then purched the correct tickets and then was refunded my previous order im very grateful for this and cant rhank the team and Amy enough for this
