Echo is massively overpowered in merge, to the point I've stopped playing. Game feels rigged for pay2win. Spent about £20 a couple months ago and won every game for days after , soon as stop paying you lose every game by bull****. Stoped playing altogether.

These are legal financial records linked to my personal bank account.​Social Identity Verification: My original Facebook ID that was linked to the account since day one—a permanent digital link you are choosing to ignore.​Historical Archives: A complete record of my account's creation, original devices, and progress that matches your internal server data.​Your automated support system (Bot) is not a security tool; it is a shield for hackers. By refusing to let a human agent verify my 2020 receipts, you are complicit in the theft of my digital property and the money I invested.​I have already reported this to Google Play Security and will continue to escalate this to consumer protection agencies until a human supervisor reviews my case. I hate supercell support

I hate supercell support. They are so rude and non-caring. They absolutely won’t even consider refunding accidental purchases. To make this less obvious they lie about my account being suspended for suspicious activity (which it’s absolutely not btw). They tell me to recover my account first which does not even have anything to do with my refund at all. I try telling them my account is not suspended and they just full on ignore me.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! I was locked out of my accountBecause my account was compromised, and when I noticed unfamiliar activity, I selected the “I did not log in”option to secure it. I did not buy, sell, or share my account with anyone.Despite this, my account was banned for account sharing. While banned, I attempted to contact support multiple times but could not respond through in-game chat because I was unable to log in.The ban lasted 31 days during which I lost almost the entire Clash Royale Season Pass that I had already purchased. I am now unbanned then I contacted support about this then they LOCKED MY ACCOUNT.I followed the correct steps to protect my account and was banned for something I did not do. And then after locked. So I contacted support once again and when I finally got them all the prof transaction from apple and so forth they deem they could not verify I was the rightful owner.IM SO MAD i spent a ton of time and money on this game all for my account to get locked and banned because of their horrible bot and customer service.

My Brawl Stars account was disabled…

My Brawl Stars account was disabled even though I spent close to 2000 TL on it.All my accounts are linked to Supercell ID, but I no longer have access to the email.The biggest problem: I cannot contact support at all.The in-game support requires logging in, which is impossible because the account is disabled.There is no alternative support channel, no human review, and no appeal system.This is extremely unfair for paying players.
