My experience with gladstones was truly magical from start to finish, all staff was welcoming, kind and reassuring and went above and beyond. I walked in scared and nervous and really knowing what I wanted with all the knowledge and all different ways the staff had they put together the beautiful wedding ring to match my engagement ring I was left excited to see what it came out like. The staff wasn't after pushing a sale they made my appointment personal and reassuring and at ease they said I had time to go away and think and there was no issues if I didnt want to buy from them and I could look around first but the way they made me feel and what they put together I knew Gladstones was the place for me and wanted them to be the ones who made the special ring for me. I received a call to say it was ready to try and look at and wow weeeeee took my breath away it. I did have to have it resized which was no problem for the team and they also took my engagement ring and made it slightly bigger and cleaner. I went back a week later and tried my wedding ring on with my engagement ring and im so touched how beautiful it is, now its just sit and wait and look at everyday till I say I do. The gent who owns the shop is a true gent and funny he truly put me at ease and did everything. I did inquire with another shop before Gladstones and the service was awful and extremely pushy and over priced the ring I was looking at they was trying to charge me £1000 more then Gladstones. So I would highly recommend to attend Gladstones for amazing prices but for me was the service and the variety. Massive thank you for making me the most beautiful wedding ring.
l had lost one of a pair of earrings which had been a special gift several years ago. The website was clear & comprehensive so l chose what I believed was the closest match. When the earrings arrived - in less than 48 hours over a weekend! - they were absolutely spot on. I could not be happier with the superb service, it makes a delightful change nowadays to find customer care of such an excellent standard, thank you to everyone involved in my order.
I called in to see about resizing my wedding and engagement ring and my husbands wedding ring. The lady behind the counter was lovely, she was very patient letting us try different sizes on until we were both comfy with our choices. We collected them the following week and they are amazing, the look like new!! and they fit perfectly. I cannot recommend then enough. We will definitely use them again for any jewellery needs.
I had taken two rings in to be cleaned. I had to do a double take when I picked them up. First I thought I’d got someone else’s order. They looked brand new….fabulous. Lovely attentive staff. Always very friendly and helpful. A little gem on the high street.
I cannot recommend Gladstones highly enough! I had my wedding ring reworked and the diamonds from a pair of earrings incorporated into the design. The experience from start to finish was outstanding and the result far exceeded my expectations - my ring is stunning! All the staff we met were fantastic, but a special shout out to Emily and Tom. Thank you - we will be back!! 👍🏼
