SPAM BUSINESS

I ordered two pairs of leather goods, and it took almost three months to arrive. My ordeal isn't over yet. One pair was completely wrong, and when I contacted them, they told me to keep it and could only refund me $7.17 for the sandals I never received. I still haven't seen any refund as of now. This business is a total scam.

Return policy is misleading

Please, this is a scam! I tried to return a product within the 30-day window, but after several communications, they offered to replace it instead. They even suggested a 40% discount to keep it, but the issue remains unresolved. Eventually, they just ignored me!

This business lacks customer service value

The free delivery took far too long. I ordered two pairs of shoes, but received only one side of the black pair. Contacting them for help has been nearly impossible, and I've received no assistance with returns. I also tried emailing, but with no success. I still need help.

Winter boots received

The boots displayed online were supposed to be fur-lined. The ones I received were not, and even though I ordered a half size larger, they were too tight. Very low quality.
