I ordered a lamp for 1,5 thousand dollars a year ago. And after that this company just started to tell that it will be later, then another month later then another. Finally they shipped it to me from China and asked me to pay for shipping. Spoiler yo US is free says on their website. Then when I refused to pay and asked for refund- they started to ignore me. So I’m going to small claim court. It’s awful company. Highly not recommend to deal with it.
Worst customer service ever!!! DO NOT order from this company !! They have over $500 of my money that I am fighting with them through email to get back!! Ordered a product from them and got nothing shipped to me. I contacted them they told me item was out of stock. On their site when I ordered it did not say it was out of stock. They told me they have another light in stock that I can pay the difference for. I did that . Still received nothing and no confirmation of shipping. Run far from this company
I purchased a time warp LED light therapy machine Be aware this product does not work outside the USA. They will happily sell you this and ship it to other countries but not supply the plug for your country. I now have spent $1400au dollars on a product I can’t use. I have contacted the company multiple multiples times since November and no solution. Customer service is non existent or slow at best. I have a $1400au machine collecting dust!!!
Glamcore's Instagram puts on quite the show, attracting celebrities to grab our attention. It seems like you need to be a celebrity to get decent customer service these days! I waited 8 weeks for my first order from Glamcore with zero updates. My second purchase, a star tracker, was a letdown - it was totally off. I tried to get it sorted and even sent in a video as asked, but then... radio silence. By the time they responded, they said my refund window had closed. I really expected more from a brand of your standing.
If i could give them negative stars i would. I bought for an event, 3 weeks before the event. I confirmed that it would be shipping in time prior to buying, they said yes. Few days from the event, i messaged them. They stated it would be shipping soon, i asked for a refund, and to cancel the order. Since it would not be here in time like promised. The next email claimed it shipped, suddenly i get a tracking number that night. Then it did not move from printing the label for another week. When i finally got it... it was missing all but one accessory. Again i messaged them... that was over a month ago. They Finally wrote me back today!!! I have a light i can't not use, that still sitting in the box, with a company that that gives Zero f@cos about their customers. They take your money and make you wait for a life time for a message back and the product you paid hundreds of dollars for. Oh and don't bother calling their number, they don't answer. I can't speak on the actual product, since i can't even use it!!!!
I bought the fan and light. The fan is pointless. The light flickers. They sent me a replacement that I was finally able to open and it’s a replacement fan! Not light. I specified numerous times it’s the light. Even sent a video. Ridiculous price for crap products. I’m disgusted.
My lamp was delivered in a package that was broken into, holes and crushed like it had been in a wrestling match. The previous lamp wouldn’t turn on. I’ve purchased several lamps from GlamCor (4) when they had a “lifetime guarantee” and excellent customer support. Beware, they’ve outsourced to save money and it shows. Several products I ordered were backlogged, didn’t find out until after I ordered, the representatives really only cared about up-charging to get more from a sale. When reporting how none of the feedback was cohesive and being tossed around from rep to rep, I was offered a 20% discount which I decided against, because they kept pushing other add-ons, so I didn’t trust making any purchase except what was necessary to keep what I had already bought operating. I was treated like I was trying to trick them or get something for nothing. I just wanted a lamp that worked. It’s not worth the hassle how they treat you BEFORE/AFTER you pay. I’ll order from a company that can guarantee their products work and value customer service to supporters who buy their products. Also, going to tell everyone possible about this horrible experience so no one else has to go through what I did.
This company is just outright evil and I hope they go out of business very soon. For a product so overpriced, they should prioritize customer service. I’ve had my light for years and during my move recently, lost the adapter. I contacted them so I could purchase a new one and they told me I could, sending me an invoice for $15. They never shipped it and when I inquired they said it was out of stock but they’ll ship it when it’s back. Months went by and they never shipped it. I had to go back and threaten them in order to get a refund. It was never coming back in stock, because it never was in stock. They literally do not sell the adapters by themselves. They knew that and told me they did so they could get a measly $15 out of me. I’ve emailed them countless times trying to really understand if they comprehend that I currently have a $300 light from them that cannot be used, and to fix that problem all they had to do was sell me or at least tell me where I could buy an adapter that would work. So now I’ve had to throw a $300 light in the garbage. Do not shop with this company. You can get the same exact product from B&H Photo Video & Amazon, for less, and much better customer service.
