Very unsatisfactory treatment experience

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with a treatment that lasted 9 months and cost me nearly £1,500. I was sold extra products, but my pigmentation issue did not improve at all. I wish I could provide a picture for reference. If you plan to visit, be sure to ask about any additional costs, as they did not make this clear to me. The results were only a 10-20% improvement at best. Their customer support is lacking, as they never responded to my inquiries.

Terrible experience

Very disappointing service

While the receptionists were friendly, the communication issues at the clinic were very disappointing. I had a procedure performed by someone who struggled with English, making it difficult to ask basic questions. I had a CO2 Fractional skin laser, but I'm not convinced it was done properly. My sensitive skin showed no signs of redness or swelling afterward. I was pressured into buying an expensive cream that I didn't need. Overall, I feel deceived and let down by the service.
