I enjoy the products and maintain a monthly subscription. Unfortunately, timely delivery is often an issue. The customer service team is courteous but lacks effectiveness. Currently, I'm out of the product that was supposed to be dispatched around 30 December, and I'm still waiting. Very disappointing.
I reactivated my subscription after canceling it in 2022 due to financial constraints. During an acne consultation, they prescribed a cream for a past skin issue! I submitted new photos at the end of December, yet my order isn’t set to ship until the end of January. Why the nearly two-month wait after reactivating my account? The staff seem unable to address ongoing issues efficiently.
Customer service used to be excellent. Given the cost of treatment, I expected better. Previously, they would: A - provide more value; B - send reminders before shipping so I could adjust the dates if necessary. Now, when I reach out to online customer service, I only receive automated responses that ignore my concerns.
