I got burnt by this product the second night I used it. Stay away from this product. I’m looking into starting a class action lawsuit against them because apparently I’m not the only one that has been burnt by this product.
This thing worked GREAT for 10 days. I was so excited to have solved snoring/sleep apnea after decades of failed products. Both my snoring app and aura showed significant improvements in snoring and apnea. Then on the 11th day, it burned the hell out of my neck. After it healed, maybe 10 days later, I tried it again on the lowest setting and again it burned the hell out of my neck. Because it worked so well, I am going to get a new device and try it, hoping the one I had was defective. Hopefully it won't burn my neck again.
USED ONE NIGHT AS EVERYTIME I FELL ASLEEP IT WOKE ME UP. NOT GOOD FOR INSOMNIA. CLAIMS BEAUTIFUL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE THEN SAYS ONLY REFUND IF SMALL PAMPLET SENT BACK.200.OO SCAM AND I CAN'T RESELL I. GOOD CONSCIENCE. BTW, AMAZON SELKING SAME FOR 20 SOMETHING BUCKS.
Returned the product 6 weeks ago. After zero response I initiated contact. After Qontroler verified return I was informed refund was underway and I should see in several days. That was several weeks ago and still no refund. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Update: after a long wait I finally got my refund.
I have had my Qontroler for several months now. I put on my Snore Clock app to see how my snoring was and it was greatly improved. I do wear it nightly and feel like the quality of my sleep has greatly improved. I have tried all types of numerous snoring inventions, from mouth guards to mouth tape. So far, the Qontroler is the least evasive with the most benefit. I purchased several boxes of the stick on pads and do replace them nightly. Small price to pay for the benefit.Kat
