Missing and damaged items from delivery, the packing was rough. I have sent out emails to request follow up, received response after a week and got the missing items and damaged items replaced after 2 weeks. The posters are nice, they could have done better with packing for delivery to avoid damages.

The posters are nice, they could have done better with packing for delivery to avoid damages.
Took a bit more time to arrive than expected (in total 3 weeks), because something from my order was out of stock. The posters are however with good quality and so are the golden frames.Note: One frame’s plastic-glass had some defects and chipped, will need to have it replaced.

Order not received which was placed on 20 October 2024. Was initially contacted to say would be a slight delay on the order and woukd be despatched in one to four business days. I've chased only to be told it was a pre order (I ordered from the sale) and would be despatched by the end of the week which has come and gone. Three weeks and not received my order. Very disappointed as I was a repeat customer. Will need to raise a complaint now with PayPal in the hope to get a refund.
