I ordered a “4-poster set with frames,” but they only sent me 4 posters and 2 frames. On top of that, it took them 10 days to ship the order. I tried to contact them via email and chat, but it’s impossible to reach anyone. This feels very unprofessional and almost like a scam.

Honestly, it was a horrible experience, and I am a very patient person. The customer support is unreachable. They don't reply on Instagram, or email, or the form on their website. For WEEKS. I couldn't get my items shipped to me and was not informed, at all. After a month, I still didn't get a shipping notification. I would NEVER buy from this company again.

Emails are never answered, and it is impossible to reach customer service. It’s been almost 20 days since I made the purchase, and I have neither received the missing products nor gotten a refund. I believe this is a scam. Do not shop here!
