I must admit I was a bit sceptical about buying verifocal glasses online. How wrong I was. I wanted some ‘rainbow’ coloured frames & glasses direct had just what I needed. It was so easy to put my prescription in & they contacted me by email for the exact measurement for the verifocal lens. I had a good choice of lens as well also tinting all that the high street optician offered Glasses Direct offered but all at a much more competitive price. I ordered I pair for everyday & another pair as sunglasses & both didn’t cost anywhere near the price of one pair at my high street opticians. They arrived within a week. I was amazed at the quality & the vision was perfect. They came well packed all I needed to do was to adjust arm length which they sent email to show me how to do this. It worked a treat. I cannot praise the service highly enough.

It was so easy to order glasses from here, I wish I had done it years ago.
The process really is simple from start to finish, as long as you have a copy of your prescription either scan or pdf from your optician, that was the hardest bit and everything is explained in each step.
Great choice of glasses and prices from £9 a pair.

I ordered 3 ...I have ordered online before from a another company and was very disappointed. I heard glasses direct were the best...so I gave it another go... definitely am very pleased and I will continue to do this in the future. I will always go to Glasses Direct. Thank you

The are delivered quickly and very easy to send back when chosen. Send your eye tests results and very quickly you will receive you ready glasses. Delighted with the end results.

So after back and forth debate regarding my glasses and the issues regarding quality the company finally agreed to send me 50 percent refund back and I agreed to remove the negative review and say that they had refunded fifty percent of the money! However this morning I received a refund from them for £8.62 that is certainly not the fifty percent they promised and to

They sent to me for proof! Below and for reference they have constantly called me saying they are refunding ! they have certainly not done this !! I asked for a full

But obviously fifty percent refund was clearly another lie !!!! Proof below

Had a great experience with glasses direct. Lovely frames 70% discount on their best progressive lenses and they fit so well. Had an awful experience with a well known high street chain and can honestly say I will be using glasses direct for all my glasses moving forward. Brilliant!

I received my new prescription glasses around a week ago. My glasses were chosen by me after going through the vast amount of frames that are available via the website. I found it very easy to upload my prescription to the website and also to add some personal specifications. They arrived in around 10 days and we're perfect. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone is seeking a new or replacement pair of glasses.
