Although their website claims to have US locations, the items ship from Canada, resulting in hefty tariff fees upon delivery. I requested to cancel my order, but their response was lacking, and they attempted to ship it twice, both times incurring invoices from the shipping company for 50% of the order value in tariffs. After rejecting the shipment and returning it, I only received a partial refund, which they attributed to their payment processing system.

I initially thought delivery took about 7 days, but that was just the order preparation time; the shipping company needed additional time.
