Review Time
This company uses deceptive "Dark Patterns" to trap users! They charged my credit card $49.90 without my ongoing authorization.
What's worse is their malicious UI design:
1.They intentionally hide the "Cancel Subscription" button on their website (I have kept all screenshots as solid proof).
2.They deliberately disabled the Stripe customer management link in their email receipts to block users from stopping the billing. I have full evidence to back this up.
When I emailed them to complain and cancel, they ADMITTED their interface was confusing, but refused a full refund, offering only 50% ($24.95) to brush me off.
I have officially initiated a Chargeback through my bank for fraudulent billing. Do not trust your credit card with this platform! Stay away!
The "Pro" Plan that Wasn't.
I was told to experience 'unlimited/lifetime chat' <- WRONG.
i was told no waiting for image/chat gen! <- WRONG.
i was told 'seamless experience; no problems!' <- WRONG
so the bad out of the way, the good?
a) I did get a response from support within a few days, so kudos on that.
b) they really didn't resolve the problem. more like hey here's a bribe of 10K credits - go away now, k?
c) I'm still unsure how this business can thrive when they're based on an "unlimited" plan. Will they bail? Will they honor plans? Who knows!
d) As mentioned in their chat, I hope they can make the model work.

Earlier it was working fine.. but recently I can't access & use my account for more than 3days now.. When I started chatting.. screen showing "Sorry something went wrong" .. Yes, really something is wrong here paying for useless tool.. & even asking me to upgrade ??? Is GlobalGPT a big joke/scam ??? It's like paying to a charity "donation"..
After I posted my review about GlobalGPT, you replied below trying to create the impression that you are positive and solution-oriented. However, the only way I was able to get rid of you was by canceling my card and applying for a new one.I will not remove any of these comments, so that people in the future do not fall into the same trap I did. I am absolutely certain that the positive reviews written here are from your own team. I cannot understand how anyone could claim to get good performance from a website where none of the links even work.When I checked the profiles of the people giving 5-star ratings, I noticed that they have never given anything below 5 stars — not even to other companies. I strongly suspect these people are either employees of those companies or fake reviewers who spend their days contacting low-rated businesses and writing positive comments in exchange for money. Honestly, why would anyone drop everything and take the time to write glowing reviews for a company like this? Who would bother doing that? The only time people usually take the effort to write reviews is when they have been harmed and want to warn others. Otherwise, it is obvious that they are doing it purely for money.I am stating this clearly: you are scammers, and you wasted both my time and my money. I am only lucky that my bank refunded the amount.
As a creator, I care a lot about image and video quality. What I like here is that I can usually access the newest and most popular models without waiting. The results have been good enough for my projects, and it saves me a lot of effort compared to testing tools one by one.
