STRICT and HIDDEN AUTO-RENEW wording within their contract

I signed up to Glenigans as a returning client, sadly my experience this time was not great. The database is OK, many email addresses bounce and it’s common that phone numbers are just landlines, but it is good for tracking projects. Be aware that, they have a STRICT and HIDDEN AUTO-RENEW wording within their contract. So if you don’t give them notice 90 days prior, they will throw legal threats at you! We didn’t want to renew, as we did not see the value in the platform, but were forced into this due to the contract they hide behind, no matter what! Our account manager Natalie could not do anything, neither did she tell us about this clause hidden in their T&Cs and the platform does not remind you either, so it’s all designed to make sure you trip up! (These views are my own)

Great support & project detail

The company is using a variety of paid & unpaid lead portals, however Glenigan has become my 'go to'. Although pricey it is worth it for the team support and level of detail in the projects. The fact that you get granular data about projects & company contacts is priceless- names, titles, mobile numbers, what they have worked on before etc etc. Tiffany is a great Account Manager and the team of researchers are present on a live chat withing 5 minutes to answer ad hoc queries. Glenigan also provides wider market intell & reports. Company profiles have also been very useful saving me a lot of online searching.
