This has been an incredibly frustrating courier experience. In just two weeks, four packages vanished without a trace. The company informed the sender that they couldn't be delivered, and now those packages are lost for good. As a business operating from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, we have never faced issues with other courier services. We will avoid purchasing from suppliers that utilize this service in the future.

I am extremely disappointed. My parcel was carelessly placed on a pile of debris in my driveway because the driver couldn't be bothered to walk a few extra steps to leave it safely by my door. They even left my neighbor’s parcel on that pile, assuming I would take it to them. The lack of respect and care is shocking. I won't be using this delivery service for any future online purchases. I couldn't find any contact information to file a complaint about the driver.
My parcel has been sitting at the depot for a week with no updates. When I reached out, I received a generic response saying they were looking into it and to check their site for updates. If I wasn't already doing that, how would they expect me to know it's been stuck there for a week? Customer service is nonexistent.
My parcel was dropped outside my door on a busy street where anyone could access it. It was stolen, and I have received no support from the company or the seller regarding the issue. They claimed it was signed for, but neither of those statements is true. I strongly advise against using this service.
My package has been held in Sydney for five days with no updates. When I contacted support, they claimed they didn't have it, even though tracking shows they do. Other services deliver from that location the next day, but this company seems completely incompetent. I do not recommend them and suspect they may have lost my package.
I am currently waiting for a parcel from the USA. The last tracking update was on November 5th in Melbourne, and now it's November 12th. The parcel is in limbo and contains urgent pet food. I emailed them about my parcel, but only managed to find a contact number.
Every time I see this company as the delivery agent, I expect problems and delays. When they say a package is out for delivery, it could take anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days. I once received a response saying I was 'too far' from their warehouse, so why accept packages for my area? The only positive is that I eventually get my packages, but I also receive a refund from the seller. I've learned that I can blacklist couriers on the platform, and I intend to do so.
