I have always found the team at Glenigan to be extremely helpful and supportive and most importantly our account manager Dawn Mitchell is excellent. Always willing to listen and look at ways to support our business.
The company is using a variety of paid & unpaid lead portals, however Glenigan has become my 'go to'. Although pricey it is worth it for the team support and level of detail in the projects. The fact that you get granular data about projects & company contacts is priceless- names, titles, mobile numbers, what they have worked on before etc etc. Tiffany is a great Account Manager and the team of researchers are present on a live chat withing 5 minutes to answer ad hoc queries. Glenigan also provides wider market intell & reports. Company profiles have also been very useful saving me a lot of online searching.
