My business partner and I had a check-in meeting with Natalie Baume this morning, and just wanted to acknowledge how helpful Natalie was. Natalie did not know the issues we were going to bring up in the call, as they did not directly link to the glenigans software. However, Natalies response was extremely helpful and she gave us some tips that we can implement into the communications we make with the companies listed on the site. Really good product, and the service they have provided is excellent. Tiffany has been available for training and ongoing support when required, and is always responsive. The data on here is a brilliant place to start your lead gen, though it is always worth chasing the projects down to get the latest info. I am using Glenigans on a weekly basis and will continue to do so.
Our account manager Dawn Mitchell has always been so helpful and has guided us through the Glenigan system to optimise it for our business. As a business we are relatively new to Glenigan so having someone available on Teams with a flexible diary is really important to us.
