My experience with GBS has been amazing as a first time student it was daunting and very frustrating getting documents, certificates etc accepted but the student referral department mainly a guy named Conor Clavin made any difficulties easier and went above and beyond to advise and help me along with the process. I am very grateful to him and the whole department. Thank you.
If I could give them no stars, I would! This is the worst college ever! I strongly advise against enrolling here! There are many better options for studying in London, so don't choose this institution! It’s truly the worst, trust me!
I had a very negative experience here as I felt unsupported when I raised a concern about another student’s behavior. My complaint was not handled well, and I felt unsafe as a result. I hope the institution improves its student protection and complaint procedures. I do not recommend this place for women. The staff are not prepared to protect us against real threats.
I had a terrible experience with this institution. When I applied for a course, the staff member handling my application was uninterested and declined it without listening to my concerns about student finance. After I sorted it out on compassionate grounds, I faced further issues with my qualification documentation. The staff seemed confused and unhelpful throughout the process, wasting my time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This was the worst enrollment experience I've ever had at this so-called university. They did not accept my vocational training certificate and suggested I look for another institution. Despite providing ample proof of my identity and qualifications, they made a big deal out of minor discrepancies. The interview process was frustrating, and I wish I had read reviews before wasting my time. This place needs investigation!
I had a truly awful experience! I went for my initial interview hoping for a positive outcome, but I left feeling frustrated and upset. The admission team, especially the interviewer, was unprofessional and lacked listening skills. They seemed more focused on financial gain than on helping students succeed. There are many better universities in the area.
