I've been using this warehouse for about 2 years now, every single month, and their customer service is a 10 out of 10! They answer quickly, provide details (date of arrival, weight, pictures) of the parcels received and also provide extra services like additional pictures of parcel contents, inclusions only, etc. Their fees are super cheap for the amount of work done and they're super helpful!It's super easy to use their services and website and they've always been super nice to me! Thank you again for your work :)
This is my second time using them and they are great. I was apprehensive at first about using a proxy service but I was not disappointed. I also used the inclusions only service and I found that really take care of the inclusions and package them nicely. The packaging is very compact so that the goods take up as less space as possible. Shipping is also quick and tracked. Overall, very impressive.
