I urge them to resolve my payment promptly.
Initially, the sales team relentlessly pursued me, claiming they had genuine buyers. After I signed an annual membership, none of the leads they provided responded, and I suspect some may not even be real. After 2-3 months, the customer service manager and the team stopped replying to my messages. Out of frustration, I left a negative review regarding my experience. To my shock, my account was blocked, and I lost access to the website. I hold a legitimate annual membership that is fully paid. They blocked me due to my negative feedback. Why can't they accept criticism and work on improving their internal processes for better customer experience? Blocking my access reflects the integrity of the organization and its platform, which is nonexistent. If they can violate legal contractual terms and terminate my membership without notifying me or offering any remediation, why would anyone trust their words? It’s best to steer clear of this organization.
