I reached out due to not knowing i had signed up for a subscription and customer service was so helpful with getting me the information requested and canceling the membership that I was aware of. They were fast and very supportive. This is what I call customer service.

I don't know how I got signed up for…

I don't know how I got signed up for this site. I never heard of them. All of a sudden I saw a charge for membership fees to this site. When I contacted them, they said that they would cancel my membership and issue a refund if I would submit a review. Strange. I got the exact same situation with a site called Zendenhome on the very same day. They contacted me quickly, but we'll see if they actually refund my money after I submit this review. In fairness to them, they have been very good at communicating with me, but I have not seen any refund yet after several correspondences with them.
