I’m not a native speaker, so I trusted this service completely. I told them clearly that the work they reviewed would be massively printed. Not only did they correct one of my crucial sentences in the wrong way (by deleting a mandatory article), but they also missed two critical grammatical errors.I paid for both proofreading and editing. There were no comments about these 3 situations. I didn’t review it back then, but now that I’m reusing some of the text, I noticed the mistakes. It makes me furious, sad, and frustrated. It feels so unprofessional and worst made me look unprofessional as well.
