Hello support team, your desktop website has a significant usability issue with the product search box. When a user types quickly (like “milk”), the input lags or skips letters, resulting in incomplete entries like “mk”. This happens because the search triggers live lookups with each keystroke, which cannot keep up. Please consider adding a debounce delay (e.g., 300ms) or only search after pressing Enter. This would enhance the desktop experience greatly. It’s surprising this hasn’t been resolved — there’s no clear way to submit general feedback via your platform, which may explain the lack of complaints. I hope this reaches your development team. I ordered a charger for an iPhone, labeled as a lightning cable. However, I received a different cable and requested a refund. They declined without explanation, stating it was a final decision. They also warned that if I dispute the charge with my bank, they would block my account. This doesn’t reflect a serious company.
I placed an order and was charged, but after 10 minutes, it was canceled because the restaurant was closed. Why list it if it’s not available? They informed me that a refund could take up to 10 business days. What if someone relies on that money for a meal? How irresponsible! Customer support didn’t offer any alternatives and only gave me a small compensation.
Untrustworthy. Rude customer service, and one representative even submitted a cancellation request for my account that I never initiated. They allow riders to act without accountability, leading to incorrect or incomplete orders. I provided my personal data but they still refused to unblock my account.
The service was terrible. One of the restaurants on their app provided low-quality food. I submitted evidence and spent time discussing it with customer support, yet received no compensation, just a message saying they would forward my feedback for future improvements. I do not recommend this service.
