All staff were really welcoming and engaging. My 8 year old absolutely loved having her hair and make up done. The photoshoot was an amazing combination of outfits and poses in different places and backgrounds. We were all made to feel comfortable and had people checking in with us throughout the experience.
We did the Glow up kids experience and won the runner up prize. My daughter absolutely loved every minute. From the moment she walked in the staff were fantastic making her feel so welcome. Edit- As much as this was a great experience I feel I was pushed into buying more photos they were great but I feel like they are a bit on the pricey side. I don’t feel like I had a chance to properly decide on weather or not I could afford the pictures and dont get the opportunity to go away and think about it you are expected to make a decision there and then. I think they need more transparency on pricing and packages they offer. Now I know what to expect we will definitely be back as it’s all my daughter can talk about
