I only started last week, and am still trying to navigate the site. So far I'm really happy with it.
I initially signed up for just one month, but I was charged for five months instead. Additionally, for three of those months, the service took out double payments. There was no phone number to contact, which was my first red flag. I emailed them and was told to expect a response within 24 hours, but I still haven't heard back after three days.
These guys are obviously scammers - avoid like the plague. I took out a 3 months subscription which they suggested a regular price of £76.85 with a discount: -£75.85 so just £1.00 to pay. It seemed like a great deal to test the product. The product was not good and non of their information was useful so I didn't use it. There was no mention that after 3 months they would automatically charge another £75 + £25 for something else. Hopefully amex will sort this out and repay the money.
