HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING — STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE My experience with this service was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. I’m sharing this to help others avoid wasting their time, money, and peace of mind as I did. Initially, the company provided me with false promises and misleading information at every stage. The documents they supplied were unreliable and did not match their claims, and their responses varied each time I inquired. Nothing aligned with what they had originally communicated. Things worsened when the representative managing my case blocked me on messaging without any notice, leaving me entirely in the dark. No updates, no accountability, nothing. Eventually, another staff member got involved, but by that time, the damage was already done. This company exhibited a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Their service relies on excuses, delays, and unfulfilled promises. I will never engage with this service again, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before placing their trust in them. My experience was an utter waste of time, money, and trust.
