You always work very badly, you always have problems with delivery, I have only stress and very bad experience with you, if you can't work, you need to close your company, if I have an address and phone number, you need to deliver to the address and not leave my package where you got, you need to buy glasses and quit because some non-professionals there, the exact address, the exact phone number and you don't know how you still work and if there is an opportunity not to deal with you, it will be a pleasure for me
I had a package. They "failed" delivery 3 times. And i even contacted the seller that i always have issues with this company before even delivery was attempted make sure things are done and told them i will be at home waiting, saw them just drive past not even stop and put failed delivery 2 times
, then i asked the seller to change to the pick up point which they did and it showed in the website on tracking and it failed even that. The pick up point was open i checked. Ive tried contacting them and no answer. I hate doing this but there are always issues with this company and i dont understand how big companies still work with them, as i have issues with them every single time, but not being able to deliver to their own pick up point it is just crazy to fail again.
They don't ring , I was home all day, just received late in the evening an email saying my parcel is in a depo site. And they tried just once. And this has already happened many times.
Moreover, as I don't have a Belgian mobile phone number as well as no fix telephone line is impossible to rearrange the delivery date or provide info (those telephone numbers are required to send out the information)
C'est la troisième fois qu'ils n'apportent pas le colis à mon domicile et qu'ils l'envoient à un point de retrait. Le prétexte est un manque d'informations, alors que mon adresse est bien indiquée. Aucune tentative de livraison n'a été faite ; j'ai passé la journée chez moi à attendre. Je vais publier des avis négatifs partout, car c'est un véritable désastre.
I was expecting a delivery yesterday, but I received an email stating that no one was home, which is not true (this has happened before). Both my husband and I were at home, with me there all day and him for lunch. Today, I am again waiting for two deliveries and they have sent the same message. This service is terrible, and I really hope companies start using a more reliable delivery option that doesn't provide false information. 😡
The service is truly unreliable and disappointing. The support team offers very poor assistance, responding from a no-reply account without any contact information and providing inadequate replies. In my experience, it involved international shipping from another country.
This is the worst delivery service I've encountered. It's not trustworthy and should be avoided. Furthermore, if you file a complaint regarding a particular delivery, their investigation process is non-existent; they completely ignore you. No responses, no updates, just total neglect.
The service failed to deliver my package as they couldn't "locate" my address, despite providing the complete details, including a clearly marked house number. Interestingly, other delivery services have never had this problem. If this service continues to be used, I will take my business elsewhere.
This is the worst delivery service imaginable! I've had numerous packages delivered, and some were stolen due to their negligence. When I know they are coming—which is something you have to figure out on your own—I find myself sitting by the window all day, watching closely. They stop their vehicle in the middle of the road, leave it running, and carelessly toss the package in a hallway that anyone can access. They don't even bother to ring the bell. Additionally, the online tracking updates occur at least an hour later. I sincerely wish companies would stop relying on them.
