Responses from support are often very slow, and sometimes I received no response at all. Another significant problem is that orders remain pending for extended periods. Even after waiting for many hours or even days, some orders either do not begin or are not completed correctly. The overall quality of service is quite poor and unreliable. This platform feels like a scam. I ordered views and likes for a social media platform. Orders were marked as completed, but nothing was delivered. Support keeps saying they are 'checking' without providing a real solution. Avoid this service.
