Your driver couldn’t get to me because of a road block but was really sensible in calling me to arrange an alternative drop off point where he could safely leave the parcel for a later pick up. So good to be able to speak to someone who was genuinely bothered about getting the parcel to me.
Just awful. I have now had 2 dreadful experiences of orders not being delivered when they are supposed to, with 2 seperate companies. The first was a food delivery that was due to be delivered on a Saturday- It arrived on Monday, late for the event and the food was spoiled. The second was an order that they left half of in their depot, but haven't recified their mistake by delivering that day or even the next day, instead have not contacted me to let me know when it will arive, leaving us in a predicament as it's scenery for a stage production. You can't contact them to find out where anything is. The apps are pretty useless and don't coincide with any order numbers and they don't respond to emails. I don't know what's going on with this company. They used to be reliable. Their drivers dump expensive goods on doorsteps in the rain and don't even wait to see if you might open the door. I know they get a bad rep, but in comparison our local EVRI service is miles ahead.
