Greetings everyone! Since I started working with the company, I have been very pleased with the services offered. The team members have been incredibly helpful throughout this journey. A special thank you to the onboarding and induction support teams for their assistance.
It has been nearly three months, and despite acknowledging their mistake, the company has yet to correct an inaccurate salary payment. I keep receiving excuses, but I feel like I'm being politely dismissed. This level of service is not acceptable.
Very poor service. I started my freelance contract five weeks ago and still have no assignment, making it impossible to submit timesheets or invoices. The delay is due to the New Client form not being completed by my agency. I've tried to resolve this, but the company is refusing to communicate with me. I strongly recommend looking for another provider.
