I had ordered clothing from the U.S. and duly received a progress report from DHL Express outlining their delivery stages. Come the delivery day, the 2-hour delivery timeframe was exceeded by about 30 minutes, however, I did receive a text to apologise in advance. It was actually quite understandable due to the previous night’s severe storms creating traffic difficulties, so no complaints! They did deliver with a smile - thank you!

I can’t find my delivery what is going one pls????? This is not okI changed delivery address to my house address instead of the store now I get a messaged it’s delivered to my house it’s been signed and collect yet I can’t find my parcel wow!!!

Parcel delivered at the wrong address

Driver delivered my parcel at the wrong address. I was sent a photograph of a different house, door step. Rang them immediately, they told they would contact the driver, call or email me back. It’s 18.31 and they have not done either. DHL, you sent two late emails asking me where to deliver just before your driver delivered at a wrong address. You need to email the day before. Rubbish service.

Dear DHL Customer Service,I am reporting a serious delivery failure regarding my shipment, which has been marked as delivered but was not received.The proof-of-delivery photo provided does not show my address or property. This is unacceptable, particularly given that this shipment contains a high-value luxury item.Marking a parcel as delivered without delivering it to the correct address constitutes a serious breach of delivery standards. I require an immediate investigation and written confirmation of the parcel’s whereabouts.If the parcel cannot be located and redelivered promptly, I expect DHL to accept full responsibility and compensate accordingly.Please treat this matter as urgent.Sincerely,
