I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very unpleasant. The withdrawal took much longer than expected, and every time I contacted support I received the same response about additional checks. It shouldn't be this difficult to receive your winningsupd:They contacted me, explained everything clearly and said it was because it was my first withdrawal. After that, the payment was processed and I received my money. Overall the situation was resolved and I appreciate the explanation, although i wish the process had been clearer from the beginning.
Ordered a parcel from Lithuania on the 9/2/26, its been nearly 3 weeks and still havent received my parcel. Apparently its in Ireland since the 19th and GLS Customer Service dont know where it is, advised me to wait another 9 working days to see if they can track and resolve this issue.Avoid this service if you can.
