I ordered an item from abroad and waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive. When I checked the tracking, it indicated my delivery was coming the next day. On the 23rd, I waited at home, but when I checked the tracking again, it said 'delivered,' yet nothing was delivered. I contacted the delivery service and was told they would file a claim against the driver. There was no email notification about my package, and no proof of delivery. I'm frustrated after waiting for over 3 weeks. I will definitely avoid this company in the future.
This company is untrustworthy! They disregard consumer rights. I would happily revoke their delivery license! Even though I paid for delivery to my address, after every call they promised it would take two more days, and finally, two weeks later, I had to pick up my package myself!

I ordered something from Austria, waited over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and once I used my tracking I saw that my delivery is coming tomorrow. On 23rd I was waiting for the delivery at home, after using my tracking number again, it said "delivered", but nothing was DELIVERED. I called GLS just to be told that they will issue a claim against the driver I believe. There was no email that my package arrived/will arrive, no call from a driver or proof of delivery. What happened here, I don't know but I am pissed because I was waiting for that delivery over 3 weeks. That company only sends via GLS, but in the future, I will make sure I avoid getting something delivered via GLS.
As a Car dealer we’ve had lots of positive feedback from our customers as the AA name is well known in the industry. My rep Katrina has been very helpful setting us up and it’s important that the warranty is as good as the car buying experience as it’s the back end of the business and customers need to be looked after. I also like the fact that any warranty purchased comes with a 12 month breakdown cover. 👌
