Review Time
I tried to set up a log in, it seemed to fail, I eventually got in using my phone. Not 100% sure though, then just tried again on the PC, it accepts my email address and tells me it will send me a 6 digit code within a minute and it is valid for 10 minutes. But, it never comes through.
I gave it 1 star because I had to, but in reality I would have given it zero. It's got to be the worst app I've used, certainly for logging in, plus the one time I got in using my phone it didn't look the best set up. I think people are brain washed into thinking it's a good set up, but if they've used other apps like this they would realise it's not good at all, and certainly the logging on part.
It has recently been given to our employees on our site and there's not many using it because it's so difficult to use and log in the company are now emailing instructions on how to use the app and how to log in etc. It causes that much hassle I think a lot of people are just accepting to pay full price for anything they buy or use.
What a waste of time and money for the company.
Don't use their site for cashback. It never tracks. And they won't do manual cashback even if there is plenty of evidence.
I am only giving them 2 stars because they did help with my gift card issue. Their gift cards are good.
Absolutely terrible! They sent us an email 3 WEEKS ago saying they had 'technical issues' and will update us. I have heard absolutely nothing! I emailed to ask for an update also to enquire if it was true that they had had a cyber attack and got a copy and pasted generic reply that did not answer my question. I then asked again, being very specific and asking if my (and everyone else in my organisation) have had their information compromised and I've heard absolutely nothing once again. For all I know my information is being sold and distributed and they haven't had the good ethics or conscience to advise us of the situation. It's completely unethical and distressing.
I finally started using Perkbox with my new employer and I’m really impressed! Even though there were a few hiccups in December, the communication was clear and the fixes were fast. I had a small issue with a gift card I created, but the support team sorted it out almost instantly. The platform works smoothly, and I love how many ways there are to save money and earn points. Definitely worth using!
I recently had an issue when redeeming points for a voucher that failed during the transaction, this resulted in the points being deducted from my account.I contacted customer services and this was rectified straight away, excellent service, thank you Mayra !
