It is not a legit site. The receipt came in a random person's name and they flash the product key code in one screen and you have to make sure you have it. I installed the software and it stopped working. The product code is not legit.
Do not recommend you buy from this site at all.
I have used Big Home Tax to purchase both Turbo Tax Premier and Turbo Tax Business desktop for the past few years. They have the lowest price for these products and the download and activation is easy.
They are scammers. They resell the same license multiple times. I purchased turbo tax home and business and installed it on my windows computer. My windows computer died and I needed to reinstall it on my new pc. Message came back that it wasn’t registered to me. I contacted intuit they said it was registered to someone with a Mac pc and it wasn’t me. Intuit showed I at one time had the license but the license was cancelled. Big home tax obviously cancelled the license on resold it. Stay clear of them. I wouldn’t have known any different had I not needed to reinstall on my new pc. Contacting intuit verified what they are doing.
The price was appealing, and the software functioned well for a few weeks. However, after extending my taxes using the service, I discovered my license key was invalid when I attempted to file later (error 605). I reached out to the support team, and after some back and forth, they provided a new license key that worked once. Unfortunately, I still required additional forms, which caused delays.
When I finally tried to file my taxes again, the license key was invalid once more (same 605 error). This time, the support team was completely unresponsive. As a result, I had to purchase the software again from another platform, marking my second purchase of the same product.
It seems they sell the same license to multiple users, rendering previously issued keys invalid. Those who completed their taxes in time were fortunate, as others faced issues when their licenses were resold.
If you don't mind using software that may not be accessible later, this service might suit you. However, if you need to amend your taxes or file extensions, expect to buy the software again.

The activation code is invalid for TurboTax Home & Biz 2024Big Home Tax appears to be closed for the last 5 days leading up to the final filing date.Cleared schedule to do taxes this 3 day weekend, so now must purchase TurboTax AGAIN.The order advertised 10% off but charged the regular price.. and 15% off future order.. ripped on the discounts also..One positive is that their website is still up and there's an active recording on their answering machine saying they only accept SMS communication, whereas the email confirmation says We only accept messages via phone number.:UPDATE:They responded to my message and waiting to see what happens.. bumped to 3 stars.. will bump up again if we get this rollingI provided all info by text including screenshots of the issue and was told they would escalate to a Support person which usually respond in 24-48 hours.The support people never responded though the screening person begged to not buy again and WAIT for them to help me..4.5 days later - no response, so I bought another copy and got a valid code. Now have to take 2 days off work to scramble and complete the tax return.Rather than continue promising they would help, it would have been better to tell me to F-off and I could just buy elsewhere and file a dispute. That way i could have completed it on my planned timeframe.ZERO STARS
Bighometax.com fraudulently acquires license codes for software. They then sell those license codes to unsuspecting customers. If the customer downloads and files the same day they buy the software, they will probably be fine. But if they wait a couple of weeks to finish their return, that will be enough time for the originally defrauded legitimate customer to find out that their account has been charged for software they didn't authorize. The legitimate customer rightly cancels the license. Then when the bighometax customer calls in, they get another fraudulent license.
THIS IS A SCAM SITE SELLING USED LICENSES FOR SOFTWARE! I purchased a personal tax program as well as a business tax program at the same time. Both licenses popped a code 605 while trying to activate and said they were invalid. I contacted the company through their "text" helpline and was provided with two different codes. Both of those showed invalid as well when trying to activate. I was given a 3rd set of activation keys which also failed. Stay away.
