Review Time
It started with the driver being involved in a traffic accident. I got a call informing me of the problem and that delivery would be delayed, no problem with that. I later got an email and a text saying they had tried to deliver but I was not in, untrue as I am house bound. I tried to make contact to clarify matters but your AI was very poor and in need of an upgrade. Then tried various options to speak to a human contact to get a clear clarification on my delivery with no luck. The value of my delivery was over £4000 so you can appreciate my concern. It did get delivered in the end.
I selected the porch as the safe place. It was left at the back of the house by the garden gate which I had no idea about until I received this email. Yesterday the driver left it in the porch with the same instructions. Don’t know if it’s the same driver today.
