Review Time
I’ve given a 5 star review here as my product was delivered from Finland to the UK in 2 days…better than our Royal Mail in the UKBit confused at first when the app said the delivery was being held but this changed quickly and on the day of delivery I was given a 2 hour slot-impressed!!
Told item would be delivered on 15 Jan. Asked for it to be left in a safe place, but it was not delivered. I requested a new delivery date of 16 Jan. Just had an email telling me the item was delivered today to an address in Stockport. Miles away! Is this a joke?
Delivery due between 14.29 and 15.29 today. No sign of them all day despite me staying in. Got a message later saying " Your DHL eCommerce UK driver has been unable to deliver your XXXXXX parcel today as they were unable to access the address." Absolute garbage. Clearly couldn't be bothered to deliver the item. Trying again next week, don't worry DHL I didn't need that parcel today. :(
