Tazapay is refusing to process a card refund unless I provide a full bank statement and phone number. Under EU law (GDPR/PSD2), they have no right to this data for a card reversal. They are intentionally creating barriers to keep my money. I have reported this to the Bank of Lithuania and the GDPR regulators. Avoid this company if you value your privacy and your money
I have no problem earlier with using Tazapay, I didnt expect if the payment failed and ask for refund. I already sent email to Tazapay, I wish I get reply from Tazapay about my refund, but its already 1x24. I have trust issue after I read a lot of negative reviews from others. Cmon do your magic Tazapay. Ill give update reviews if the respon fast and clear about my refund.Updated:Refund its real only took 2x24 hours, my money back thanks for services!
I have an email from you stating that my refund payment has been processed and if I do not see it in my bank within 5-10 days to ring my bank. I have spoken to my bank and they have no record of any pending payments. Please advise when you will be depositing the refund. I will post daily reviews until it is paid. Thanks Update 1. I have emailed back on the email address you emailed me from and it bounced back. I have also facebook messenger you with the email that you sent me and there is nothing with a number to cross reference. I have contacted the company that engaged your services and informed them about not receiving my refund.
Their customer service is very pathetic and they didn't giving me any reason while thy decline my application and i told them that i have all documents related your requirements and my business is eligible but they are not responding properly very poor service this type or company should be ban from everywhere
Absolute scam of a payment website, DO NOT PAY WITH THEM if you're going to pay for something on LOADED (CDkeys), they say they have recived your money but there's a mistake so the transaction fails, SCAM I NEED MY MONEY BACK, lets see if they have my money back tomorrow or else
I am writing this to share my honest experience with Tazapay.In the beginning, we used to have them as a very important partner. Their conditions were very good—low rejections, professional handling and low fees. As time progressed, they started to increase the fees more and more and started to implement a ridiculous rolling reserve. They tried to add 20%, but after much negotiation, we managed to lower it to 15% (note: we had only 3 chargebacks in our history). Now, they had a problem with Visa card processing and, against their own T&C, decided to HOLD all of our funds. They have now blocked a very significant amount of ours, including that of the rolling reserve. They stopped reversing the amount after 60 days and are now holding all of what is ours.I sincerely believe Tazapay is going down.If you have a business and are considering them, my suggestion is: avoid. They will increase their fees more and more until you suffocate then hold your money.I am very much open to sorting these problems fast and easy — they just need to give us our due money, but apparently Tazapay doesn't want to. _____________Update after reply:Note that Tazapay is blocking the funds that they ALREADY RECEIVED without giving us sufficient reason. This is against the contract we had and I am pretty sure it is against the law as well. I am confident this is because they are insolvent. I hope I am wrong..._______________Update after 2 months:Some of these reserves have been maturing for SEVERAL months and our agreement was that rolling reserves would be held for 2 months. Last week their team messaged us saying they would be finally releasing ALL of our money today. BUT TODAY THEY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD ONLY RELEASE HALF AND KEEP THE REST FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS. They are breaking their own promises.IF MY ISSUE IS SOLVED TODAY, I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW.OTHERWISE, I LEAVE A WARNING: IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
So far I've done two transactions using Tazapay as a third party service and it went all good. Now, I see a low of negative reviews about them so I don't suggest you look EXACTLY at mine, but I will definitely keep using them as a third party payment process for now. Keep up the good work!
