Review Time
I was in all day today and the delivery driver did not even bother to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. They have just left the item behind the bins in the rain. Whilst I appreciate that was marked as the safe place it's ridiculous that the driver didn't even try the door first as it's been pouring down with rain all day.
We had a great experience with Sliderobes. A huge thank you to Helena for the beautiful design, and to all the Sliderobes staff for their help throughout the process. The installer, Liam, did a brilliant job — very professional, tidy, and with excellent workmanship. The wardrobe looks amazing and we’re absolutely delighted with the final result. Highly recommend.
My package was indicated as delivered, but I never received it, nor did I sign for anything. I also waited beyond the expected timeframe. The proof of delivery is a corrupted black screen on my phone. Assistance for undelivered packages appears to be lacking, so I'm hoping someone can address this issue.
