One week ago, I ordered a small package from a store in limerick with ‘next day delivery’ to where I’m living in Galway. The package hasn’t updated since arriving at the depot in annacotty 5 days ago. I emailed and rang their customer service and was told by both that ‘a search was ongoing’ for the package and haven’t heard anything since. Avoid using GLS at all costs unless you don’t want to see your package for ages

I have had the car towed to Ajay motors who is approved by yourselves. I had the same problem 6 months back where the air suspension on the car dropped. They have been talking to yourselves regards the above and am being told it’s wear and tear. The car has only done 50,000 miles. The air suspension should be good for 80,000 to 100,000 miles. How is this wear and tear. I’ve now been quoted in the region of approx £2000 for the repair. I believe it’s should be covered by the warranty.
